MISSION STATEMENT
We conscientiously promote a co-operative effort between all living things, and choose thoughtful, intelligent stewardship of our earth and its bountiful gifts. We use 'green' production techniques with no hazardous materials created or released into our enviroment, and we adhere to cruelty free research; we never test our products on animals. (We have more than enough family and friends who are quite eager to do that for us!) With caring creativity and healing spirits, we offer excellent handcrafted artisan products.We invite and encourage your comments, questions and suggestion, and to that end, please feel free to contact us.

SHIPPING / RETURN POLICY
We ship through USPS or UPS, and most orders arrive in 2-3 days. It is possible for delays to occur, especially during holidays.  Please let us know if you have not recieved delivery within 10 days.  Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip. When you return an item, please indicate the reason for the return. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement. A 10% restocking fee will be charged on all returned merchandise unless the return is due to our error. No merchandise may be returned without a prior authorization number. Please contact us at 360-427-7811 to discuss this.  Returns are not accepted after 30 days of the printed invoice. Damaged packages should be brought to the attention of the United States Postal Service or the United Parcel Service driver (or appropriate carrier). Keep all packaging materials and call Shepherd's Soap Co. to file a claim.

E-MAIL ALERTS
Future e-mails may be generated by any order placed on our web site. These e-mails are meant to provide order and shipping confirmation, or to notify you of promos, specials, new product introductions, close-outs, upcoming shows and events, etc. If, for any reason, you are currently receiving e-mails from us, and would like to be removed from our e-mail list, please notify us, at info@shepherdsoaps.com

PRODUCT WARRANTY
Shepherd's Soap Co. makes no warranty that any items described on the site or in the brochure are clinically or scientifically tested or guaranteed to heal or cure any cutaneous or subcutaneous disorders.

PRIVACY OF INFORMATION
We will never share, sell, rent, or otherwise divulge your business or personal information with/to anyone without your specific consent. Information submitted to us is only available to Shepherd's Soap Co. owners and employees in the course of doing business with you.

SECURITY
We have security measures in place to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of all information under our control. All orders are processed via a secure server (SSL) and credit card details will never be e-mailed.

TERMS
CHECK, MONEY ORDER, CASHIER'S CHECK, VISA, AND MASTERCARD are acceptable methods of payment. COD orders require a Cashier's Check or Money Order. All checks must have business and personal information (name, address, phone number, driver's license #). UPS is required to attempt delivery of package three times. If you are not present to accept COD delivery, UPS will leave a note as to the time of next delivery. All returned packages will be charged the shipping fee. 1.5% interest will be charged per month on all outstanding net 30-day balances. Orders are shipped UPS Ground or by U. S. Postal Service. UPS "Next Day", "Second Day", or "3 Day Select" are available upon request. MINIMUM SHIPPING FEE is $6.00.

BANK FEES
A $25.00 SERVICE FEE WILL BE CHARGED ON ALL RETURNED CHECKS. PRIVACY: Shepherd's Soap Co. certifies that we will never give, sell, rent, or lease your personal data to any third party other than the agency required to process your credit card transaction. In order for customers to make purchases, they must provide all information requested at the time of purchase (billing address, shipping address, and credit card authorization). This information is necessary to keep track of individual orders, retrieve payment for merchandise, and to contact the customer for order and shipping confirmations. Financial information collected such as credit card number and expiration date is used only to charge the customer for the merchandise they are purchasing, and is purged from our system after 30 days. Personal information, such as name and e-mail, is used primarily to recognize individual accounts. Occasionally we will use individually identifiable information, like e-mail addresses, in order to contact the user for technical support or provide customer service.
